Nunca vi anunciado curso de escutat\u00f3ria. Todo mundo quer aprender a falar. Ningu\u00e9m quer aprender a ouvir. Pensei em oferecer um curso de escutat\u00f3ria. Mas acho que ningu\u00e9m vai se matricular. Escutar \u00e9 complicado e sutil\u2026\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vale a pena continuar a leitura, chama-se <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A escutat\u00f3ria<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aqui, no entanto, trouxemos s\u00f3 este trecho para ilustrar um fen\u00f4meno que duas d\u00e9cadas depois Alves parece ter antevisto: a atual dificuldade em escutar o outro num contexto de avalanche de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e crescimento da cultura da indiferen\u00e7a e hiperindividualiza\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas, como o curso de escutat\u00f3ria n\u00e3o saiu do papel, nos deparamos com a seguinte d\u00favida: como <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aprender a escutar o outro?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cebe408 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"cebe408\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cbeec4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"3cbeec4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"404\" src=\"https:\/\/inovasiteweb.com.br\/projeto21\/novo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-8278\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inovasiteweb.com.br\/projeto21\/novo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1.png 788w, https:\/\/inovasiteweb.com.br\/projeto21\/novo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1-300x189.png 300w, https:\/\/inovasiteweb.com.br\/projeto21\/novo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1-768x484.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef55e10 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ef55e10\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29751dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29751dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O psicanalista e professor da USP, Christian Dunker, em v\u00eddeo para a Casa do Saber, acredita que a escuta \u00e9 t\u00e3o importante que deveria ser mat\u00e9ria escolar \u2013 n\u00e3o como componente curricular constitu\u00eddo, e sim pela experi\u00eancia educacional: uma vez que a escuta cr\u00edtica seja de fato relevante e valorada, \u00e9 verdade que vire saber escolar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cultura escolar<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Por exemplo, na din\u00e2mica di\u00e1ria as professoras e professores da Projeto 21 privilegiam as corre\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas, para que os alunos percebam, ao escutarem os colegas, semelhan\u00e7as e diferen\u00e7as com as suas respostas e a\u00ed tamb\u00e9m se escutem. Ou seja, para n\u00f3s o sil\u00eancio no momento da corre\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 um calar-se autorit\u00e1rio, e sim (buscamos que seja) um sil\u00eancio reflexivo que leve o estudante a pensar se a sua fala vai ser agregadora, significativa no contexto. Isto \u00e9, n\u00e3o \u00e9 falar somente para ser validado pela voz do outro. E isso s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel porque aqui na nossa escola, desde cedo, acreditamos em forma\u00e7\u00f5es para o debate; cremos que a adversidade \u00e9 sim produtiva, na medida em que prop\u00f5e a escuta. E escutar, nesse vi\u00e9s, compreende tamb\u00e9m em dizer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dunker vai ainda mais longe ao trazer o termo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">escuta colonizadora<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Consideramos um conceito t\u00e3o interessante que resolvemos compartilh\u00e1-lo; foi dito mais ou menos assim:<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> quando eu escuto o outro a partir do meu lugar de fala, meus interesses, valores e posi\u00e7\u00e3o; respondo tamb\u00e9m a partir de mim. Ou seja, por mais generosa que seja essa escuta, ela \u00e9 colonizadora, pois nesse di\u00e1logo estabelece-se um que sabe, diz e tem autoridade sobre a continuidade daquele processo e o outro que demanda. Abrindo-nos ao outro! Ao escutar \u201csaindo de si\u201d \u00e9 poss\u00edvel colocar-se no lugar do outro, falar pelo outro e \u2013 important\u00edssimo! \u2013 estar dispon\u00edvel para aquilo que n\u00e3o se sabe, n\u00e3o compreende e n\u00e3o conseguimos antecipar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 assim, nessa troca de linguagem, com falas e sil\u00eancios ativos, que podemos estabelecer um sentido que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 todo posto e feito.
