class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na Projeto 21, antes mesmo das legisla\u00e7\u00f5es, os aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos j\u00e1 n\u00e3o frequentavam as salas de aula e outros espa\u00e7os escolares &#8211; a n\u00e3o ser quando usados para fins did\u00e1ticos &#8211; justamente por acreditarmos na presen\u00e7a mais ativa e real entre os estudantes, para que se conectassem com o momento real.<\/p><p>Entretanto, se antes a nossa quest\u00e3o era principalmente por mant\u00ea-los mais atentos, hoje, para al\u00e9m dessa quest\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m existe um importante fator de seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade.<\/p><p>E esta \u00e9 uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o nossa e das fam\u00edlias.<\/p><p>Inclusive fiquem ligados que semana que vem vamos contar um pouquinho mais sobre uma mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 dando certo em outros lugares e a nossa escola acolheu e cedeu espa\u00e7o para o MOVIMENTO DESCONECTA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0015b7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" adolescentes<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5daf7d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, por\u00e9m, mesmo que em vigor desde a \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, leva um tempo at\u00e9 que as diretrizes para proteger o p\u00fablico infanto-juvenil nos meios digitais seja, de fato, operacionalizada.<\/p><p>Para que tenhamos uma ideia do tamanho deste marco: \u00e9 a primeira lei, em toda a Am\u00e9rica Latina, a propor regras e puni\u00e7\u00f5es aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0s plataformas digitais!<\/p><p>Segundo Renato Godoy, gerente de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Governamentais do Instituto Alana, importante ONG que advoga pelos direitos das crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, \u201c\u00c9 uma conquista pol\u00edtica e civilizat\u00f3ria, que reuniu um m\u00ednimo de consenso em torno da pauta de prote\u00e7\u00e3o da crian\u00e7a e do adolescente no meio digital\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6211b76 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6211b76\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09b7588 elementor-widget jogos e aplicativos possam operar, como a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o da coleta de dados de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes para fins comerciais e a obrigatoriedade das empresas de removerem conte\u00fados que violem os direitos desse p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>Outra inova\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 o fim da autodeclara\u00e7\u00e3o de idade.<\/p><p>O m\u00e9todo espec\u00edfico de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 definido e dever\u00e1 fazer parte da fase de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do ECA Digital refor\u00e7a um debate que j\u00e1 faz
